Television

Leon has been making television since 2004, first for Omroep Brabant (Olifantendoders, see below) and from 2005 nationally. For MTV he presented ‘Pimp my Room’ with Nicolette van Dam. In 2007 his cabaret program ‘Zwarte Hond’ was the very first broadcast of the then new television channel Comedy Central. He has also been part of the VARA improv program ‘In goed gezelschap’ since 2012.

For the AVROTROS he presents the educational game show ‘De Invaller’ in 2014. The NTR program Grimassen devotes an episode to him in 2015, in which he goes back to his roots on Mauritius.

For KPN TV, he is the regular presenter (with Fiona Yauw) of the program PLUS TV in which he interviews and recommends series and movies newly added to the PLUS package.
For NOS he presents Koningsdag 2021, during the royal family’s visit to Eindhoven.
